Construction Foreman (Houston)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman to lead crews and coordinate daily operations at our job sites. As the central point of contact for both workers and supervisors, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Salary : $55K to $75K

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and assign responsibilities according to project priorities and plans
• Create and manage crew schedules while monitoring attendance and productivity
• Supervise, train, and mentor workers and tradespeople on site
• Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are available and properly allocated
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards at all times
• Oversee the use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
• Track project expenditures and help maintain budgets
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
• Report progress and updates to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
