About The Role

The role of System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of core infrastructure components and environment.

What You'll Do

  • Microsoft / Office 365 administration
  • Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management
  • Conditional Access in AAD
  • Privileged Identity Management
  • Exchange, Intune, MS Teams
  • Enterprise Apps and Registrations
  • Modern Auth methods (SAML / OAuth 2.0 / AADB2C)
  • Graph API
  • PowerShell / AZCLI scripting experience
  • Server and workstation OS administration (Windows Server 2019 / 22 / 25, Linux, Windows 11, VMware)
  • Enterprise backup strategies
  • Scripting experience – creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts
  • Fundamental networking (switching / APs, VLANs)
  • Firewalls (Fortinet experience preferred), ZTNA, network segmentation, policies
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration
  • Azure administration (Networking, Private Link, Backup, IaC concepts – BICEP preferred)
  • Documentation, configuration, SOP development
  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • No "jerks".
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile fundamentals (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience developing / mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Some travel required.

    • The Pay Range For This Role Is

    90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Rosemont)
