OPEN POSITION :

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care SCHEDULE :   - Part-Time - Exact Hours Negotiable - No Nights - No Weekends - No Holidays CLINIC HOURS : - Monday to Friday - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm - 1-Hour Lunch Break COMPENSATION :   - $85 to $100 per Hour, dependent upon experience - Malpractice Insurance - Other Benefits Negotiable LOCATION :   - San Jose, California - Arbuckle / Tropicana area COMPANY PROFILE : This passionate, mission-driven organization is a long-standing presence in the Bay Area with offices in San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland.  Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider and amenities such as a partner pharmacy and lab.  Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

  • The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides routine, low-acuity medical services, seeing an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.  The services of the clinic include, but are not limited to : - routine primary care - annual physicals - sick visits - minor injury care The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.
  • The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will be supported by a medical assistant who helps with all patient visits, including charting and documentation.
  • Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.

    • REQUIREMENTS :
