Job descriptionQualifications : Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities : Recruit, train, and supervise staff Create and maintain operational procedures Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Additional Requirements : Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
