Ceco Door an ASSA ABLOY branded company is adding a Maintenance Technician to our team This role will be based on-site at our manufacturing facility located in Milan Tennessee and will be for our 3rd Shift.

What would you do as our Maintenance Technician

In this role you willbe responsible fortroubleshooting repairing and performing maintenance and preventative maintenance associated with our manufacturing operations.

You will also :

• Perform maintenance inspections and ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained in good operating condition. This mayinclude electrical air water gas steam and wastewater systems.
• If an issue arises determine root cause of trouble and fix machinery. This may include air compressors air conditioning air dryers pumps boilersclutches and brakes as well as lubricating paint hydraulic and pneumatic and conveyor systems.
• Adjust equipment and test or calibrate sensors and controls.
• Responsible for helping to inventory supplies and / or recommending parts to be ordered.
• Ensure that all records of machine repairs and lockouts are maintained and filed.
• Ensure that all repairs are done in compliance and to code.
• Perform special assignments and projects as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
• Assure compliance with federal state local and corporate policies regulations AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
