Client / Team context

The Associate Service Advisor will work alongside senior advisors to support client relationships, assist with financial planning and investment tasks, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll receive mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience within a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior advisors in managing and servicing existing client relationships.
• Prepare meeting materials, financial plans, performance reports, and follow-up summaries.
• Handle client service requests such as account updates, money movements, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records in CRM and financial planning software.
• Participate in client meetings to take notes, track action items, and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Stay informed on financial planning strategies, investment products, and industry trends.
