Job Description / Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to routing protocols and switch configurations.

Optimize routing protocols such as OSPF BGP and EIGRP.

Implement and maintain VLANs STP EtherChannel and other Layer 2 technologies.

Ensure network security by applying best practices and performing regular audits.

Maintain documentation including network diagrams configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Provide technical support and resolve network-related incidents.

Plan and execute firmware upgrades and patch management.

Knowledge of basic ServiceNow ticketing tools.
