Senior Managed Services Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Managed Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth support and proactive maintenance for a diverse customer base

Troubleshoot and resolve complex ingestion, indexing, and system performance issues

Lead incident response and root cause analysis for high-impact technical issues

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in technical support, search technology, or software development

Expertise in Lucene / Solr or similar search platforms

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Java and scripting languages for debugging and automation

Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
