Job Summary
We are seeking creative and caring Registered Behavior Technicians or RBTs to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with clients to teach them essential skills that include communication skills, daily living skills, amongst others.
Responsibilities
Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centersTeach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatmentsImplement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collectionWorking in a team to share responsibilities and dutiesData CollectionAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualifications
High School diploma or equivalentAvailability during after-school hours, weekendsBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifiedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to attend training program and be eligible to pass the RBT examReliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver’s license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clientsMust maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record
