Principal Salesforce Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to architect and implement Salesforce solutions across its business units.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Salesforce software solutions and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while evaluating new Salesforce features

Grow the Salesforce Center of Excellence by identifying opportunities for reuse and supporting change management practices

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale solutions

Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura framework

Proficient in Apex and Flows, with experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Experience with version control practices and managing CI / CD deployment pipelines
