Position : Full Time (36 Hour Weeks) - Night Shift

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will :

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice : Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Advocate for Patients : Partner in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, and rights of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning : Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Align Practice with Safety and Quality : Ensure safety and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development : Pursue ongoing growth and practice to the top of your license.
• Lead in the Practice Setting & Community : Coordinate care and collaborate with the inter-professional care team.

Pay Range : $45.65 - $84.03 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available)
