A healthcare organization in Eastern Connecticut is seeking a Hospitalist to join their team. This role offers a 40-hour workweek with a mix of day shifts and 2 3 nights per month, available in 8- and 12-hour shifts. There are no procedural responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. Job Function :

Work 8- or 12-hour shifts, averaging 40 hours per week; block scheduling not permitted.

Cover 2 weekend days per month and 23 overnight shifts per month.

Complete 1417 shifts per month depending on month length and shift combination.

Attend open ICU rounds and hospital codes; no procedural responsibilities required.

Balance administrative duties with patient rounding.
