Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Niceville is seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to join our dedicated team. Since 1995, we’ve proudly served the growing Niceville, Florida community with 24 / 7 emergency and critical care—earning a reputation for compassionate, expert veterinary medicine along the Emerald Coast.

Position Details :

Full-Time Schedule : 12 shifts per month (nights and weekends included)

• Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Diverse ER caseload with exciting, complex cases you won’t see elsewhere

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Pay : $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater) – ER DVMs averaging $275,000+ annually

Predictable Schedule : 12 shifts per month, with flexibility to add more if desired

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $50,000

Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000

Student Loan Repayment Program : Up to $20,000 / year for 4 years

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan with 401k + 2% company match

Continuing Education Support : $2,500 CE allowance + 3 CE PTO days for full-time DVMs
