Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Principal Consultant / Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in automotive retail software and digital transformation . In this role, you will analyze and optimize dealership management systems (DMS) and connected ecosystem platforms to drive innovation, streamline operations, and unlock measurable business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of dealership management systems (DMS) and surrounding software ecosystems.
• Benchmark features, workflows, integrations, and user experience across industry platforms.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand pain points, business goals, and process gaps .
• Identify and recommend transformation opportunities that deliver measurable business value (revenue uplift, cost reduction, efficiency gains).
• Develop future-state process maps, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps .
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria .
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape system enhancements and new product capabilities.
• Lead client presentations, demos, and feedback sessions , ensuring alignment and adoption.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to track post-implementation outcomes and refine solutions over time.
