What you'll do

• Oversee on-site operations of two mobile home communities in South Lake Tahoe, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
• Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
• Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process & home showings
• Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
• Enforce rules & regulations of community
• Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
• Other administrative duties as assigned
