🛠 About the Role

As a Senior PM , youll oversee a portfolio of complex projects nationwidefrom initiation to deploymentensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met. Youll work across departments and directly influence both client and vendor relationships while managing internal and external teams.

What Youll Bring

• 7+ years of construction project management experience (remodels, rollouts, TI)
• Experience in big-box retail or fast casual / QSR environments
• Strong grasp of MEP systems , project lifecycle, and safety compliance
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
• Familiarity with OSHA 30 and PM tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, budget oversight, and client-facing communication skills
