Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be an integral part of our Corporate team. What Youll Do:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
• Process check requests
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

What Youll Need:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred
• Experience: 1+ Years Experience in field or related area
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
