CNC Programmer Machinist

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour, DOE

7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm / Monday-Friday

A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 2- and 3-axis CNC machines, as well as conventional machines, to produce complex aerospace parts. This position requires strong technical expertise, flexibility, and experience with a wide range of CNC machine types, software, and tooling techniques. CNC Programmer Machinist Responsibilities :

• Program, set up, and operate 2- and 3-axis CNC machines to produce aerospace components according to specifications
• Perform pre-operational inspections and review blueprints, manuals, and dispatch specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences
• Determine and execute sequence of operations and setup requirements for new or complex parts
• Conduct complex setups independently, including installing or adjusting chucking jaws, tooling, and offsets
• Operate CNC lathes and mills with precision to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and customer standards
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify part quality and dimensional accuracy
• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues to optimize performance and efficiency
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company safety and quality standards
