Partner with the Best : As a key member of the Baker Hughes Banking Operations team, you will support and execute global banking initiatives across our enterprise. This team is responsible for managing all transactional activities related to global bank account operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

The Lead Treasury Analyst will be a part of the Global Banking Team in Baker Hughes Treasury and will be responsible for establishing a secure and efficient bank account structure, managing KYC with financial institutions, opening / closing bank accounts, adding / removing signatories and administering bank platforms.

As a Lead Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for :

  • Partnering with various business teams to understand banking requirements and support in resolution of any banking queries / issues.
  • Owning the execution & management of Bank documentation process for account opening, modification, and closure, coordinate with Business teams, Global services teams and Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services requests.
  • Performing periodic reconciliation of account data in centralized tool with external Banking partners, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies identified.
  • Managing inactive signers in the accounts to be removed on a timely manner and manage the revocation of rights access in the accounts as and when the signer leaves the company.
  • Conduct periodic audits of bank signatories and banking services to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Identify discrepancies, validate access rights, and support timely updates to maintain secure and accurate account governance.
  • Maintaining repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with Banking partner, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies identified and smooth execution of account services requests.
  • Managing the system administration of online banking portals for BH bank accounts
  • Supporting BKR Treasury with special projects & ad hoc initiative implementations from time to time.
  • Take ownership of initiatives aimed at improving banking operations and documentation workflows. Act as a process lead to identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement best practices across global banking activities.

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting from an accredited university is preferred or equivalent knowledge & experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Treasury OR Finance Operations
  • Must have Spanish & Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in various forms, including verbal & written
  • Experience of interacting with banks & financial institutions in Latin American countries
  • Managing relationships; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working experience at a financial institution is desired
  • Prior experience working with financial institutions, especially in Latin American markets.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements.
