As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver excellent customer service while communicating clearly with all guests. Thur08 : 00 PM - 04 : 30 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and assist customers as needed.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and directing visitors as appropriate.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.

Collaborate with retail staff and law enforcement as necessary to address incidents.

Remain visible and approachable to offer assistance and promote a welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
