Technical Writer / Author

We are seeking a talented and skilled Technical Writer / Knowledge Specialist to join our team for a six-month contract in Manassas, Virginia.

In this role, you will help to enhance and maintain user-centered content that drives the adoption and usage of Swift's products and services. You will be an advocate for the user, ensuring that product and service information is designed and developed to enhance usability and clarity.
