Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to represent our company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Skilled in working with third-party vendors for software installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Capability to create clear documentation for our knowledge base, issues, and client setups.
- A professional appearance and adherence to our business casual dress code.
- Must follow directions carefully and complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Punctuality and good organizational skills are essential to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems, as well as Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting virus and malware issues.
- Understanding of smartphone operation and email configurations.
- Proficiency with various remote access methods for client and server computers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem isolation abilities.
- Knowledge of Internet Protocol Networking, including IP addressing and subnetting, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs, as well as WiFi configurations.
Responsibilities
I will be the first point of contact for delivering remote and onsite technical support regarding hardware, software, and networking challenges for our clients.I am required to communicate with customers using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.Prioritizing and escalating calls based on urgency and service level will be part of my duties.Documenting all communications in detail, including ongoing statuses, will be necessary using our customer tracking tool.Technologies :
