This role sits at the intersection of accounting, operations, and supply - monitoring movements, reconciling data, and ensuring the client's Clean Products Trading and Supply activities are precisely reflected in their ERP system (SAP S / 4HANA). If you enjoy digging into details, troubleshooting issues, and finding smarter ways to work, this opportunity was built for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and verify the accuracy of all transactions tied to Clean Products Trading and Supply movements within SAP S / 4HANA , ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Run and analyze ERP reports to monitor inventory builds / draws and flag irregularities before they become problems.
• Partner with offshore service teams, schedulers, and traders to ensure positions and trades are properly reflected in accounting records.
• Review and resolve Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) issues escalated by Back Office or Volumetric Accounting.
• Serve as a backup reviewer for DEW when team members are unavailable.
• Collaborate with Trade Support to troubleshoot and resolve SAP nomination issues affecting inventory results.
• Prepare reports and reconciliation summaries for management review and communicate trends that may impact inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements in scheduling and data validation practices.
• Jump in during high-intensity periods (like month-end close) to directly support discrepancy resolution.
