Job Description

Perform independent validation of financial models, ensuring they meet regulatory and organizational requirements. Analyze model performance and identify potential risks, proposing improvements as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and model applications. Document findings and prepare detailed validation reports for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in model risk management. Support audits and regulatory examinations related to model validation processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on model validation techniques. Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Model Validation professional should have :
