Start of a Better Tomorrow is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through accessible behavioral health services. We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team asTransportation Drivers for client transportation. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the community while working in a structured and supportive environment.

Position : Transportation Driver

Schedule : Part-Time and Full-Time Shifts Available

Pay : Based on experience

Location : Toledo, OH and surrounding areas

Responsibilities include :

  • Safely transporting clients to and from scheduled services, programs, and appointments
  • Conducting daily vehicle inspections and completing trip logs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
  • Assisting passengers as needed and ensuring safety compliance during transport
  • Reporting any incidents, delays, or vehicle concerns immediately
  • Following assigned routes and schedules
  • Completing required documentation accurately and on time

Requirements :

  • Valid Ohio Drivers License with clean driving record
  • Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and assist clients with mobility needs
  • Experience working with youth or individuals with behavioral health needs is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
