Position : Group Fitness Coach
Location : On-Site at D1 Training Alliance Alliance Town Center, Fort Worth, TX
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CERTIFICATION TO BE CONSIDERED D1 Alliance is the top-ranked athletic performance training facility in the DFW area. We deliver results-driven, science-backed training for youth athletes (ages 7+) and high-performing adults. This is not a big-box gym. This is where athletes are made.

As a D1 Coach, youre more than a traineryoure a leader, a motivator, and the person who sets the tone in every session. You'll guide athletes through structured group workouts and personal training sessions that build strength, speed, confidence, and resilience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead high-energy group training sessions for youth and adultsCoach with authority : control the room, keep energy high, and maintain flowAdapt exercises to individual ability levels while keeping workouts on trackMonitor athlete progress and provide honest, motivational feedbackEducate athletes on movement mechanics, recovery, and injury preventionFoster connection with each athlete to boost retention and resultsMaintain a safe, professional, and uplifting training environmentDrive growth by bringing in personal clients and supporting team training contractsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
Experience : 2+ years coaching in a strength & conditioning, team training, or personal training settingCertifications :Valid CPR / AED / First Aid certification
NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, etc.)CSCS is preferredAthletic Background : Played competitive sports? Huge plus. Youll connect better and coach smarter.Education : High school diploma required; degree in Exercise Science or related field preferredPersonality Fit : Confident, coachable, energetic, strong communicator, thrives in team settingsWE WANT A COACH WHO :

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with tiered pay based on session type :
Group Training Sessions : Competitive hourly ratePersonal Training Sessions : Higher hourly rate for 1-on-1 coachingTeam Training Programs : Pay varies by contract size and scopeBONUS INCENTIVES :
Earn commission on personal training packages and renewals. If you bring an existing client base, you can hit the ground running and start earning from day one. Coaches who drive growth and retain clients have strong upside potential.
