Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg | Ganado, AZ

Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours / week)

Position Details :

Shift : 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (days or nights)

Setting : Medical-Surgical Unit – Acute Care

Status : Full-time contract (36 hours / week)

Start Date : ASAP or upon availability

✅ Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to adults in a Med Surg setting

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately

Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure best outcomes

Follow facility protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety

✅ Requirements :

Active and unencumbered RN license (Arizona or compact)

BLS certification (AHA required; ACLS preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience

Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
