Bilingual TPL Claims Representative

A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative - Bilingual / Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies

Review and research claims to determine payment sources and ensure compliance with billing guidelines

Communicate with insurance representatives and patients to verify data and pursue reimbursement

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-2 years of computer experience, including Microsoft Office Suite

1-3 years of related experience in claims or a similar field

Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication and relevant state laws

Ability to work remotely with a suitable internet connection
