Overview

Leasing Consultant at Hawthorne is referred to as a Leasing and Live It Specialist. You are the face and ambassador of the Live It culture, delivering excellent customer service to ensure visitors leave better than when they arrived. This role is a valuable and irreplaceable part of the team, reflecting the Live It culture.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email leads with the goal of converting those leads to tours.
• Find the ideal apartment home solution for guests by identifying wants and needs, taking them on a tour, and inviting them to join the community.
• Ensure lease administration is completed in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
• Set goals and prioritize work to ensure optimal performance of the community.
• Contribute to achieving occupancy expectations through leasing and renewals.
• Generate interest and awareness about the community locally through social media, events, and reputation management.
• Demonstrate daily care for the physical asset by ensuring grounds, amenities, and the office are clean and well maintained.

Education

High School or GED equivalent.

Experience

Customer service experience is preferred. One year of sales and / or apartment leasing is a plus.

Licenses & Certifications

Valid driver's license required. No other licenses or certifications are required. Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation is a plus. Qualifications

Education

High School or better.

Experience

1 year preferred in customer service; 1 year in customer service or apartment leasing is beneficial.

Required Licenses

Valid driver's license. CALP is a plus.
