Job Description
Under general direction, this position is responsible for maintaining a successful program. Key duties include effective classroom management, accurate student record-keeping, and preparing, instructing, and grading coursework. Assign final grades and maintain regular office hours to meet with students. This role is crucial in fostering student success, advancing program goals, and supporting a professional learning environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
All instructors must meet the appropriate credentialing requirements for the Southern Association for Colleges and Schools (SACS).
Physical Demands :
This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, present oral lectures / demonstrations, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. Some lifting of equipment may be required. Manual dexterity to operate standard office machines is also necessary. IRSC expects employees to follow proper safety standards.
