Job Summary :

The Shift Manager at Arby's is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during their assigned shifts. This role includes leading the team, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with daily operations. Shift Managers help create a positive work environment and support the General Manager in running a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Management : Supervise team members, provide coaching, and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Customer Service : Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and address customer concerns promptly.
• Food Quality & Safety : Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards and health regulations.
• Shift Operations : Manage cash handling, inventory, and food preparation during the shift.
• Training & Development : Assist in training new team members and reinforcing company policies.
• Problem-Solving : Handle unexpected challenges and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
• Opening & Closing Procedures : Oversee setup or shutdown of the restaurant, including cleaning and securing the premises.
