Residential Sales Representative
Residential Sales Representatives are the primary sales force for our Pretreat & Builder residential recurring services. In addition, they will support the Commercial Services leads within the territory given.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company's established service area.
- Visit homes pretreated by AXC to offer additional services and warranty extensions including pest and termite services.
- Follow up on prospects to complete signed agreements.
- Calls prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Respond daily to phone and email requests from new potential customers and current existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer needs. Solicit customer feedback to improve service. Respond to requests for service and assistance.
- Complete sales quotas on recurring services and one-time jobs.
- Properly utilize our lead management system (PestPac).
- Update our CRM (currently PestPac) with the customer and service information.
- Complete follow-up calls and record the activity in the lead management system.
- Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed.
- Provide excellent level of customer service to new and current customers.
- Communicate with customers, call center staff, company supervisors, and technicians to service the client effectively.
- Support the Marketing Department during special events.
- Perform Ride-Alongs as needed with service technicians.
- Contribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business preferred but not required.1 year of sales or sales support role.Experience with direct consumer sales, phone sales, and pest management preferred.Experience maintaining information in a CRM is required; PestPac experience preferredPrevious experience working in a database and Windows-based computer environment.Speaks clearly on the phone and writes routine reports and correspondence.Creative problem solver.Ability to learn and retain a high level of pest control industry knowledge through online, field, and classroom training.Minimal travel required. Regional travel 1-2 times.Must be able to work extended hours if necessary to complete all daily tasks and sales goals, including weekends.Anticimex Carolinas is an equal opportunity employer.
