As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas in a dynamic food and beverage production environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents, while you remain visible and approachable for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access points, and maintain detailed incident reports, all while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues within the food and beverage production environment. Work in collaboration with facility staff to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials when necessary, and helping to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
