• 7 am - 7 pm shifts in 7 on / 7 off rotation swing shift potential
• Average census 8 - 13 patients per day with 1 - 2 admits
• Dedicated admitter handles ER admissions hospitalist focuses on discharges
• Ventilator management required
• Rapid response and code blue coverage responsibilities
• Lower current census than historical average
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
