Industrial Maintenance Technician : Monticello, WI

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining and improving equipment efficiency, and supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, repair, and identify root causes of machine deficiencies.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including primary and control circuits.
• Assist in new equipment installation and setup.
• Monitor machinery during production and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain machinery per specifications and provide operational insights.
• Work closely with fellow technicians and production teams to enhance efficiency.
• Offer alternative solutions and improvements to enhance equipment performance.
• Ensure a food-safe production environment by adhering to GMPs, HACCP plans, and SQF Level 3 compliance.

Pay : $28.00 - $35.00 / hour, depending on experience and expertise + bonus incentives

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time, Onsite

Schedule : Monday – Thursday 4 : 00 p.m. – 2 : 30 a.m., OT on Friday and Saturday as needed
