Responsibilities :
- Respond to member inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Assist members with online order concerns, including delivery tracking and order processing.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members to uphold high service standards.
- Communicate with external vendors to address inquiries and coordinate support.
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize customer service software, including ServiceNow and HubSpot, to manage support tickets effectively.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or call center setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms like ServiceNow and HubSpot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
