Elevate Semiconductor is seeking a visionary technical leader to drive product strategy, market growth, and innovation across our IC portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes technology, has a proven record of authoring technical papers and patents, and is excited by the opportunity to represent Elevate’s innovation to the world.

The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor expertise, creative problem-solving, and a passion for sharing ideas publicly through technical publications, conference presentations, and industry engagement.

Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and technology direction for Elevate’s IC semiconductor portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and product concepts.
• Author and publish technical papers, and actively drive patent creation that showcases Elevate’s engineering innovation.
• Represent Elevate as a technical spokesperson at industry conferences, customer meetings, and technical symposiums.
• Provide onsite leadership for the Applications and Marketing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring technical excellence.
• Partner with Design, Test, and Business Development to align product roadmaps with market needs and long-term company goals.
• Inspire a culture of innovation and thought leadership across the organization.

The salary range for this role is $175,000.00-$200,000.00. The final compensation will depend on your experience, skill set, and how well you're able to highlight your background throughout the interview process.
