recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision
engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied
militaries. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced
combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military

Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies. MFC also offers a wide
range of products and services for the global civil nuclear power

LM's Missiles and Fire
Control (MFC) is expanding its teams in multiple locations,
Troy, AL; Chelmsford, MA; Camden, AK; Archibald, PA; Lexington, KY.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is
located at a facility that requires special access. The selected
candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications :
to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management,
Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial
Engineering, or related field
management skills
skills (both written and verbal)

Experience with data analytics and Tableau Reporting
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, with
Green or Black Belt Certification

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation

including strong Excel skills

problem-solving, and multi-tasking / prioritization skills

Work Schedules :
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work
schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week
while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide
employees with additional time away from the office and are in
addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per
week
