The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to lead a team of marketing professionals and accelerate growth across a key territory. This pivotal role is focused on executing marketing strategies, managing key manufacturing accounts, and mentoring a team to exceed marketing targets. You will be responsible for driving market share, building strong relationships with distributors and partners, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.
You will be instrumental in expanding the company's market footprint, optimizing marketing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within your team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on building and coaching a marketing team and wants to make a direct impact on the company's bottom line in a dynamic and highly visible role.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key manufacturing accounts, including major plants and industrial facilities.
  • Drive the entire marketing cycle, from pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align marketing goals with promotional activities and product launches.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast marketing, measure team performance, and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager with extensive experience in the industrial IoT, manufacturing, or enterprise software industries. Candidates with a successful history of leading and scaling marketing teams in parallel sectors such as industrial automation, supply chain technology, or B2B software will also be strongly considered.
