• Senior Full Stack Developer
• to join our seasoned and dynamic development team! Your primary focus will be to develop and deploy troubleshooting tools for our Operations specialists. These tools will be an integral part of our daily processes allowing our Technical Support Engineers to identify and triage problems resulting in quick customer resolution and satisfaction. You must love automation and have zero tolerance for manual processes.

• Hands on Development Position 80% of time coding
• Full stack software developer who will design and develop reliable, scalable and maintainable customer operations tools that support troubleshooting for our Technical Support teams
• Design dashboards to collect metrics from various systems for alerting including real-time health status for in flight aircraft
• Automate manual processes using innovative technology solutions
• Provide Level of Effort estimates for requirements and input on solution direction
• Track project tasks, provide status and ensure tasks completed on schedule
• Troubleshoot defects and code resolutions
• Guide implementation of best practices for application design / development
• Comprehensively unit test your code
