Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care for participants enrolled in their program. This role involves offering medical leadership and guidance to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure effective medical care at the clinic and site level.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

  • Provide medical care to participants in the PACE program.
  • Lead and guide the interdisciplinary team on medical issues.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and site managers for effective medical care.
  • Role model collaborative partnerships with families and caregivers to meet all care needs of participants.

  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1 / 1, 4 / 1, 7 / 1, and 10 / 1).
