Board Certified - Urology

Job Details :

• Urgent coverage needed from December 1-5, 8-19, and 22-26, with ongoing needs into 2026
• Provide both clinic and call coverage including rounding, seeing clinic patients, and consults
• Adult urology practice with 2-5 patients per day
• General urology procedures required
• 24-hour call responsibility with occasional weekend coverage
• Robotics training highly preferred
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Must have or obtain Indiana medical license, Indiana Controlled Substance Registration, and DEA with Indiana practice address
• ACLS certification required
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Travel expenses covered
• Credentialing timeline : 45-60 days for hospital privileges, 90-120 days for payer enrollment
