Plant Manager

Core Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing teams of 100+ employees

This role carries full responsibility for plant operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, materials management, planning, facilities, and team leadership. The position is accountable for driving operational transformation, elevating performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth, and aligning the organization to both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.
