A company is looking for a Clinical Success Manager to support healthcare organizations in adopting and maximizing the return on investment for their technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the technology solution
Monitor adoption metrics and engage with customers to drive utilization and value
Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate ROI metrics to demonstrate the solution's impact
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as a clinician (RN, OT, PT, or related licensed healthcare professional) required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success management, nursing quality, or healthcare
Strong understanding of patient monitoring solutions and their implementation
Proven track record of driving adoption and engagement for customers
