Job descriptionEntering and closely monitoring in-house product usage. Counting and entering weekly counts from calendar. Closely watching over and shorts on weekly counts trying to keep shortage / overage within 4 products or $15. Making sure product orders are done timely and correctly Watching product lines to see what sells the best. Ordering to make sure shelves look full and last for 1 month’s time, without running out of product. Watching extra’s (ex. Bobbi pins, hair elastics) to make sure they get ordered when needed. Adjusting minimums and maximums when needed to help in the ordering process. (twice yearly) Putting orders on the shelves timely and correctly. Making sure all retail costs for inventory are correct. Making sure all salon costs for inventory are correct. Making sure service inventory gets counted on the last day of the month and entered. Putting signage up in windows and creating tasteful product displays to go with corresponding sales Ensuring that shelves are clean and faced, always looking good. Personally have sales / service of 10%. Helping manager be a driving force and encouraging team members to obtain their goals and succeed. Price increases get done timely and accurately
