A company is looking for a Billing Representative to manage billing inquiries and ensure accurate client information.

Key Responsibilities

Research and enter missing information for billing accuracy

Educate customers on providing complete billing information

Handle sensitive client interactions and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

1+ years of experience with health insurance eligibility checks

Familiarity with electronic verification systems and payer portals

Experience with multiple systems and production / goal expectations

Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08 : 30AM - 05 : 00PM PST
