Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An educational role is open for a certified Teacher for the Visually Impaired to provide specialized instruction to K-12 students within a supportive middle school environment. This itinerant position requires working across multiple locations to support students with visual impairments throughout the school year on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to visually impaired students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and materials to meet students' needs.
• Conduct assessments and maintain records of student progress.
• Provide mobility and orientation training as needed.
• Advocate for effective inclusion and accessibility within the school setting.
