A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing
Provide first-level problem resolution and document client interactions according to departmental procedures
Prioritize workflow and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of customer service experience
Preferred : 3 years of experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology
Ability to navigate PC systems and perform data entry
Empathetic and compassionate communication skills
