What You'll Do as an Apartment Property Manager :

We're looking for an experienced Apartment Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and knows how to lead a team to success. In this role, you will :

• Oversee daily operations for a 136-unit conventional community
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
• Report key performance metrics, including financials, occupancy, and upcoming lease expirations
• Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses
• Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
• Address resident concerns, disputes, and community issues with professionalism
• Conduct routine property and unit inspections
• Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards
