Job description

Weare seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative careteam in Corpus Christi, TX. Deliver whole-person care in 30- to 60-minuteappointments, supported by a health coach and care team, focusing on highengagement, managed care, and culture transformation to reduce costly serviceutilization and improve overall health outcomes.

PositionHighlights : See 10-15patients daily in longer, meaningful appointments. Collaborative, team-basedapproach with health coaching support. Focus on proactive, value-based care

Compensation& Benefits :

  • Salary : $238,000 - $350,000 + bonus eligibility

Requirements :

  • MDor DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency(Family Medicine preferred)
  • BoardCertified by ABMS (ABFM / ABIM) or AOA
  • Atleast 3 years of primary care experience
  • Current,valid medical license and DEA number
  • Proficiencywith EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage / HCCdocumentation
  • Experiencewith Google Workspace and team-based care
